Due to the personalized nature of our services — including but not limited to brand strategy, copywriting, content creation, digital audits, and coaching — all sales are final.

We invest significant time, expertise, and energy into every client experience. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds once work has begun or digital access has been granted.

🔹 Client Satisfaction Promise

We want you to walk away feeling seen, supported, and confident in your results. If there is an issue or misalignment, we’ll do our best to make it right through reasonable revisions or communication. Your satisfaction matters, and we’ll always approach it with integrity.

🔹 Rescheduling & Cancellations

If you need to reschedule a session or VIP day, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. We allow one reschedule per client, based on availability. Cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of that session without refund.

🔹 Product Recommendations & Affiliate Offers

Products recommended on this site may be offered through affiliate partners. Refunds for physical products purchased through those links are subject to the individual brand’s return policy. For example:
