My Favorites

These are the things I actually reach for — not a sponsored list, just what's already in my day. The coffee I brew every morning. The skincare that finally worked. The supplements I don't think twice about anymore. The notebooks I write in until they fall apart.

A few of these links earn me something if you buy through them. That's never why something ends up here. It has to earn its place in my life first.

Some links shared throughout this space may be affiliate links, included only when they naturally belong to my daily routines.

Coffee marks the transition into my writing day. Weekday mornings begin with movement and quiet preparation, but coffee is reserved for the slower moments — journaling, editing, thinking, and allowing ideas to settle. Foundation, First Hour Co's dark roast, is what we brew at home — good enough to drink black, robust enough to hold up in a cappuccino or latte. It's what gets me to the page on purpose instead of by accident. (And if you ask nicely, I might share my favorite way to drink it: honey and cinnamon.)

Skincare is one of the few parts of my routine that still feels like mine— a few unhurried minutes before the day takes over. I tried switching away from Beauty Society once and immediately regretted it; nothing else made my skin feel this steady. Their formulas skip the fillers and the harsh stuff, which is probably why they're confident enough to back it with a 12-month guarantee. It's become less of a product and more of a small daily ritual at this point. New clients save 20% on their first order if you want to see what the fuss is about.

MAKE Wellness

Once I got serious about intermittent fasting, I started paying closer attention to what I was actually putting into my body the rest of the day. That's how I landed on MAKE Wellness — no injections, no sugar, no dyes, no synthetic anything. The peptides come from natural sources like fava beans, even the coloring is plant-based (carrot root, if you're curious). I use the Breakthrough Stack, three products, and it's genuinely changed how I feel day to day. No quick fixes, no chasing a trend, just one more piece of showing up for myself on purpose. If you're curious, you can grab $10 off your first order through my link below.

Writing rarely happens because of inspiration alone. Structure, routine, and a few reliable tools make it possible to return to the page consistently. I tend to move between analog and digital spaces — planners and notebooks for thinking things through, and Scrivener for organizing manuscripts and shaping longer projects.

These are the tools and systems that help me capture ideas, protect writing time, and keep creative work moving forward in the middle of everyday life. I’ve gathered what I use most often into one place for anyone curious about how I actually work behind the scenes.

Reading is inseparable from writing. The books gathered here are the ones shaping how I think, question, and understand the world — stories I return to, ideas I sit with, and voices that continue influencing my own work.

I keep an ongoing reading list for anyone curious about what’s currently on my desk, beside my bed, or living in the margins of my writing life.
