Social Media Audit: Special Olympics Pennsylvania – Three Rivers Region
As part of a strategic communications project, I conducted a full social media audit for the Three Rivers branch of Special Olympics Pennsylvania. This audit evaluated the organization’s current platforms, engagement metrics, content strategy, and audience alignment.

I identified key strengths, uncovered missed opportunities, and provided actionable recommendations to improve visibility, brand consistency, and fundraising potential across Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter). The audit also included a competitor analysis and tailored suggestions for future content pillars, posting frequency, and community-building tactics.

This project combined my marketing insight, analytical skills, and creative strategy to help amplify the mission of an organization making a real impact.
